These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Burdva Limited products and services, including but not limited to the GM1000 series hardware, associated software and firmware, cloud services, and any related IoT and electronic solutions (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, registering, or using any Burdva Limited product or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use or access the Services.

2. Use License

Burdva Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the hardware and software for personal, commercial, or internal business purposes as outlined in the documentation.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Burdva hardware or software (except where permitted by law);
• Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law;
• Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of the Services or connected networks.

4. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Burdva Limited hardware products come with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURDVA LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL BURDVA LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

Burdva Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email.
